NO MORE POOPY SMUDGY DUMBFACED SKETCH LINES. GR. *kicks bad sketchy lines*
ive just started to use open canvas to 'ink' my work before i color, and so far.. i really love the results ;.; its so much cleaner, and nicer to look at up close.. *hugs it* i cant believe i havent tried this sooner.... but anyway. this is my character Evening Cross, and the pic was originally just a doodly in the bottom corner of one of my preloved pages in my sketch pad. *meaning i scribbled all over it already and then went back and drew in the one clear spot* she's in her man disguise, cuz its the only way i draw her anyway... she just makes a better he. she's also part of our ragnarok rp's ^^ i wuvvles her, its the first time ive ever cged her too.. so yah ^^ im soooo happy ;o; im gonna have to buy open canvas now... |

I have the feeling that you are talking about the most recent version of OC: 3+
if you would like to get the freeware version of OC that is an older version (it's 1.1 but it has an awesome networking feature similar to paint chat)

and a tip: Open Canvas 1.1 has Japanese as the automatic default language- you can change this by selecting the drop down menu portion that is the "Help" section- it has an (H) next to it... and there you select English!

(it has a much better brush engine)
