Artist's Comments
Snow made a big impression on me last semester. I mean I'm from south Lousiana, when we get snow its like, "OH MY GOD IT'S SNOWING!!!11!!" (a whole two flurries fall).. so it was one of the things I was looking forward to the most in Minneapolis. There's a certain quality of light you get with snow that was really unlike anything I thought it'd be, and I hope I got a little closer to capturing it with this background.
MOAR VANISHING POINT PLZ... gahhh i really blew it, but there's not a whole lot of sprawling scenery to tell on me. hehehe ^ ^;. This is one of those pictures I could've spent forever drawing and coloring. --- Sketch, colored in photoshop 7 and open canvas 4+. |
