This is 's amazingly beautimus character Mizuhiro! She's done some wonderful drawings of my Ritsu, heck, she just does wonderful work and her characters are far too pretty not to draw X3. Im just sorry it took me so dang long to get around to, and then forever more to get it up here, aaaahh... *face melts off*
