Oh nooooooo, it's over? ; ;. Mecha con was last weekend, and I had so much fun. I didn't think I'd even have a table, but somehow I got extremely lucky; my Dad reserved the spot for me, and although I didn't have a dang thing on me to bring to the convention, card stock and mechanical pencils were enough to have a successful run. Yaaaaaaay! And I got to see everyone again, or nearly everyone.. a few of the people I met the year before weren't there, so that was a little sad. I made some new friends too though, and there's always next year! That is, unless I wind up flying north before the con. May that not happen ; ;
So now it's time to hang up the costumes and get on back to working on things. I'm still trying to round up my muse and set it to something continuous, but alas, all of my projects seem quite stuck in the mud. I am working on a few more colorings and trying to balance work-work with my computer zoning out on the internet every couple of minutes, though, so life goes on.
The south has been pretty blue-skied as of late, not many thunderstorms! It's a little random to say something like that, but it's my journal, and I don't exactly have massively cool adventures every day. I think this is why I don't work well with journals. Anyhow, away, away, away we go! The night is still young, and there's much to do! *flaps away*
foot!
Mechacon was a bit disappointing for me though. They didn't offer much that interested me this year. Plus they took out the music area, which made me sad. ;_; I think I would have had fun if I had a couple friends to run around with.
Still, it's good that other people had fun. C:
