I suck. seriously Im just going to come out and say i suck for not having any updates in like forever, and for letting my gallery implode. awwwggghhhhh =_=.
I have to be quick, but basically this here's Shiro just letting everyone know that nope, im not dead. I'm just seriously up to my armpits in homework an baby unicorns for the time being. My characters are not dead, they are still appearing in my sketchpads as stillborn doodlesquash, longing for the day i have a little extra time to pour into finishing a scene or two again.
UNTIL THEN! i'll try not to be so bad about popping in. I have assignments im going to be putting up later in the week, but as for art related to Crow or other original story-stuffs, it'll be a while ;=;. If you're interested in seeing a bit of what i get to do this semester all semester long, you can check out my DIGITAL LOGBOOK ABOUT TREES over at alliestrom.livejournal.com! I need to stress, however, that that journal isn't a socializing spot, but a tool I am using for class to log my odd behavior across the pages of a little black sketchpad that has been attached to me for a few days now. Feel free to tag along on my mental journey, but I don't even update there half as often as i truly need to. YET.
In the meantime, i need to learn how to cook a doodlesquash.. that sounds weirdly yummy, but it could be a symptom brought on by staying up too late.
There's an idea for you, do a minibooklet of your doodles like a "Lady Cottington's Squished Fairy Book". Even if you think those doodles a "stillborn", I promise you we'd treasure them.
Treasuring stillborns... I feel creepy now.... shower time.
is the journal for that 'illustrated notebook' class, or just for fun? (i go to mcad & was thinking about taking that course next semester, so just wondering :] )
I'm sooooo glad you're alive! I think we all understand about being buried in homework. Just work through it. I was looking at your logbook and I ROFLed so hard at the rare imaginary singing tree.
yay! good to see you alive and kicking i checked out your blog, its awesome and rambly : the cluttered pages are just like mine i share you fixation on trees ahh the twisty, tangly leafy goodness ; 3;
Good to hear from you again! I myself have a lot of real life *coughcollegehomeworkcough* to deal with right now, too, so I know just how you feel. If I wasn't so addicted to DA I would update less frequently, myself...instead, my poor fanfic takes weeks to be updated.
Good to know you're doing well! Good luck with all of your work! And I'll add your LJ, if you don't mind. Looking at sketches is quite interesting for me. XD
