Head!

Last night/this morning when I went to sleep, my foot touched my cat's foot. And he said "mrrr", and kinda coiled up all cute.

BUT IN TRUTH...

My cat is a butthole. A noisy, grabby, paws-all-over-your-dead-sleeping-body butthole. And when I woke up he was all 'Good morning biped,' and he did rub my shin with his back. This particular yarn doesn't really have an rhyme or raisin, but it reminds me that here at the strom-welch house there are a lot of animals, full of concentrated specialness. Like Po. The magnificent dograt. Who smiles like this -

And lulu, the cat-rabbit, who, if not immediately petted upon having noticed your hand, will pounce on it and rub all over your fingers with her adorable bunny face. She will be having kits in a few days, im very excited. Baby bunnies are AWESOME. I dreamed last night she had about 20, and that they mewed.

Anyway Mechacon was a week ago, and ... Im sad because it's over now. It was amazing. I got to run into everybody again. Every year it's like a family reunion! I need to start bringing a camera to these things ;=;. I shall make memory books, and antagonize my family with more towers of paper, stored in their attic!! See, I already have enough old sketch pads up there to give myself a proper viking sending when I finally kick. Which is to say you could probably construct a boat out of all my old sketch pads, set it afloat, and then aflame. With me on it. Because I will be dead in this event, and certainly will not mind. If anything, I'll probably look down on the whole thing from the stars, a little sad. I will say 'ah, i wish they hadn't burned that one, i rather liked it.'

(My sister is sitting across from me chanting 'big fire when you die' in a sinister voice)

I still have commissions and stuff from the con to finish, I have been slow getting back to things = =;. It's like coming back from a great journey across time and space that.. only takes a weekend, yes, but it's still.. magnanimous. In any case it's very disorienting and this nonsense must stop soon, or school will have begun and I will still be swimming in things to do. Because I'm bad at managing my time. = =

He drew my Rain, being all Rain and stuff, with the gears and the strings and the hair that is black and not actually blue!! And I love it, so thank you so so so much . It makes me want to stop everything and draw stuff, which would be catastrophic. BUT IT'S SUCH A GOOD FEELING ;=;

Ack. And now i've just eaten a small pink chewable vitamin. I'm pretty sure it should have tasted like cherry, or something fruity at least. Instead, it tastes kind of metallic. And now my coffee tastes like fish. That's not acceptable!!
